Homestead

Everything starts with a dream in my world. A literal dream…a waking dream…either works.

I’ve been saying most my life that I’m Greek in my soul.  And this property used to belong to a Greek woman named Nola Tzagarakis. Nola lived on the “Half acre lands” where I now live, and she owned the surrounding lands down to the brook.

It seems very fitting that I would end up here and feel right at home.

These lands were originally farmlands so seems right to restore them.  There are several old apple trees with beautiful heritage varieties of apples we haven’t been able to properly identify yet but enjoy eating and sharing with friends.

Also many wildflowers, serviceberry trees, bees, hummingbird moths, and fireflies.
